Espresso

                 Espresso is an unassuming indulgence, savored for its smooth, robust flavor and lingering sweetness. A shot of espresso should feature crema on top– an amber-colored foam created by coffee oils which enhances flavor and other sensory characteristics. We use fresh  organic beans from Indonesia and Central America, to create Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s signature espresso.

Doug’s Double Shot Short Latte (DDS)

                 The same richness and vigor of a double-dosed Latte captured in a sleeker, smaller size. Two shots of espresso pulled so you get all the boldness without the bulk. Add a bit of hot, foamy milk and a swirl of chocolate on top and you’ve got Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s famous DDS.

Mudslide

                 Caramel syrup is mixed with our special blend of hot cocoa, steamed and frothed. A shot of espresso creates a spectacular dance of sweetness and strength.; the Mudslide is topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Some have called it utopia in a cup. We simply delight in the smile it evokes from each loyal customer seeking a daily Mudslide fix.

Café Crème/Latte

                 What is a Crème? It’s a Latte. And what is a Latte? It’s Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s distinctive espresso mixed with steamed and frothed milk. The ideal latte is silky smooth, the sweetness of the steamed milk mingling with the brisk acidity of our espresso. Mixed with one of our flavored essences, there’s no need to experience the same Latte twice. Try our Hazelnut Latte, Vanilla Latte, Carmel Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and many more.

Café Mocha Crème

                 An extravagant Mocha created with rich Ghirardelli® cocoa folded with steamed, foamy milk and espresso, creating a perfect balance of chocolate, milk and coffee. Topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, it’s easy to confuse your morning cup of joe with dessert!

White Chocolate Mocha

                 An alternative to our Café Mocha Crème., this delightful treat combines frothy milk, rich espresso, and Guittard® Sweet Ground White Satin Syrup for a flavor that’s sure to please. Rich whipped cream completes this sweet dream.

Chai Latte

                 Nourish your yin and elevate your yang with this creamy blend of tea, spice and espresso.   Our chai is a blend of black tea, honey, vanilla and spices, prepared like a latte with milk or soy. Combined with a shot of espresso, our chai latte is an exotic coffee drink with nuances of eastern flavor.

Americano

                 An easy way to introduce yourself to Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s unique quality of espresso. The Americano is espresso mixed with hot water, producing a full-bodied cup of coffee– American style. Espresso for a proper Americano should be layered upon a bed of hot water to reserve the crema and enhance flavor.

Breve

                 For those who enjoy some coffee with their cream — a shot of espresso mixed with steamed heavy cream.

911

                 This drink roars to your rescue when a coffee emergency is at hand. A shot (or two) of espresso added to Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s coffee of the day will resuscitate you!

False Alarm

                 All the sharpness and complexity of the 911,but without the intense rush of caffeine. Decaffeinated espresso is mixed with Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company’s decaffeinated coffee of the day to create a gentle beverage.

Macchiato

                 Our macchiato is as simple as it is full and bright. A single or double shot of espresso marked (the meaning of the word macchiato) with a small stain of milk foam.

Snuggler

                 Miss the feeling of watching snow fall while relaxing around an open fire? Have a Snuggler and you can enjoy the warmth of a winter holiday any time of the year. We combine our signature hot

 cocoa, a shot of espresso and peppermint essence and top it off with whipped cream.

Cappuccino

                 Some say good things happen in threes. A true cappuccino follows this credo with style:  one third espresso, one third steamed milk, and one third milk foam. We recommend sitting down and savoring the proper ratios as you enjoy your cappuccino.!

Café Fantasia

                 A true mocha lover’s fantasy. Almond syrup is combined with steamed hot cocoa and a shot of espresso. Topped with whipped cream, the Fantasia is rich in chocolate and almond flavor with a bold foundation of coffee.

Café Cinnamon

                 For those who love the taste of cinnamon toast, without the crumbs. Our unique Café Cinnamon begins with a blend of cinnamon spice and sugar mixed with the essential elements of a latte, espresso and milk.

Frosty Double Mocha Frappe/ White Chocolate Frappe

                 Like a chocolate milkshake, with a kick. Two shots of espresso are combined with a splash of cream, rich chocolate (or White Chocolate), sugar and ice. The end result: a creamy, mocha-like blend of coolness with the pick-me-up of coffee.

                 We’ve been told we have the best cocoa in town. Thanks to a special blend of Ghirardelli® cocoa and creamy milk, we create a velvety, rich chocolate.

                 We offer a variety of herbal, green, and black teas by Mighty Leaf®.

 

Chai Tea

                 The same sweet, spicy and soothing beverage as the Chai Latte, but without the espresso. Served with milk or soy; hot or cold.

Italian Soda

                 A sweet treat consisting of your favorite flavored syrup and sparkling H20, over ice.

 

French Soda

                 Like our Italian Soda, but with a dash of cream.
